Commercial Sales Manager

Do you have a track record of selling premium priced products to Property Developers and House Builders? Are you money hungry and success driven? If so, we're recruiting for a well established manufacturer and installer of high quality timber sash windows and doors, this product is totally bespoke and hand made. Offering £75k+ OTE, with a basic salary of up to £50k, this is a field/home based role covering the South East.

THE ROLE:

• Your role is to sell the company's manufactured range of high quality timber sash windows and doors, this product is totally bespoke and hand made.


• Field/Home based covering the South East , visiting their South East based office once a week.


• New business focused selling to Property Developers, Contractors and House Builders


• Projects range from circa £15k to £100k+


• Lots of leads provided with excellent support and back up.


• Realistic targets and excellent commission scheme in place.

THE PERSON:

• Must have sold to Property Developers, House Builders and Contractors.


• Sold a high end/high quality product.


• Located in the South East


• Ideally sold Timber windows or a High end, home improvement product, such as high end kitchen sales or high end bathroom sales.


• Articulate and very smart of appearance.

COMPANY:

• Privately owned and run by the person that started the business many years ago.

THE REMUNERATION:

• Up to £50k basic salary 


• OTE £75k+


• Company car or fuel paid


• 20 days holiday
