Following continued growth of a nationally recognised cleantech innovator we require an experienced and ambitious Commercial Sales Manager. Our client already has strong grounding across the UK with over 500 staff and impressive achievements which they are now hoping to add to and improve through a more commercially focussed approach.

This role would suit a proven Commercial Sales Manager with extensive solar experience looking to take on more responsibility and increase their earnings. Our client has continuously stayed ahead of the market and is recognised for their quality of service and innovation. Despite sales teams already being firmly established this is the perfect time to spearhead their commercial growth and help take them to the next level.

Your Role as Commercial Sales Manager will include:

* 100% commercial role with a small team already in place ready for leadership
* Hybrid working, office and on the road
* Team builds, this role will allow you to build and add to an already great team

The successful Commercial Sales Manager will have:

* Extensive commercial experience �20m - �30m portfolio is desirable
* Ability to generate, close and manage deals whilst leading a team of 5+ consultants
* National role happy to travel for clients
