The Role
This role is responsible for creating retail, Motability and local fleet offers to deliver volume objectives and drive profitability You will monitor the UK car & van markets to retain competitiveness and adapt if needed.
In addition to the above, you will communicate a coherent strategy internally across the business, to our clients board of directors and to their dealer network.
Set strategic plan for your retail, leasing and fleet partners to assist them with driving additional sales across the UK.
Work in cooperation with partners to promote and maximise the product offering.
Developing the commercial performance tracker to identify revenue opportunities across all key metrics defined by the business for each quarterly cycle.
Act as the escalation point for your clients queries internally.
Represent the brand on product launch campaigns.
Contribute to the launch of new ideas and incentive programmes across the business.
Your Background
You will have a passion for strategy, planning and the automotive industry. In addition, you will have experience in sales event planning and leading on
test drive events across the UK to help increase performance.
Experience of marketing strategy and analytics from the automotive industry is essential, together with being highly organised and a natural relationship builder. You will be a strong communicator, excellent at planning and a team player.
