***COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER 2+ PQE �50,000 + DOE - OFFICE BASED, AGILE WORK AFTER PROBATION.***
You should have an understanding of the key principles of real estate law and a sound knowledge of land law. You must also be able to work independently, be well organised and have an eye for detail. In addition, you should have good communication and negotiation skills.
You should be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work at pace, as well as to tight deadlines. You should also have an ability to think strategically and to work on complex matters.
You should have a minimum of 2 years PQE experience in a commercial property department, with experience in dealing with a variety of real estate transactions.�
Experience in commercial leasing, property finance and residential development is essential.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate and enthusiastic about their work and who is keen to develop their skill set. Knowledge of the local market is desirable but not essential.
