A highly respected and well-established Reigate based property consultancy are seeking a Commercial Property Surveyor to join their team.

The role offers a good level of variety including valuations, landlord / tenant matters, property management and consultative engagement with property investors.
You'll be visiting clients and properties almost daily, dealing with a broad range of stakeholders – - valued clients, landlords and solicitors - so strong professional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
It could be an ideal move if you're based in the area and looking for an interesting and challenging role without the London commute. Some flexibility around working hours could be possible for the right candidate (e.g. a 4 day working week).
As Commercial Property Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Assist clients in the sale and leasing of commercial properties, providing expert advice and negotiation support.
Manage rent reviews and lease renewals on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
Oversee commercial and residential property management activities, including tenant relations, property maintenance, and financial management.
Conduct property valuations to determine accurate market values and offer strategic insights.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a professional and timely manner.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify property investment opportunities and trends.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market developments to provide clients with the most accurate information and guidance.
We’re looking for a property agent with these qualities:
Previous experience in a relevant property role - we're open to either an early career stage surveyor with a relevant degree and ambition to gain a professional RICS accreditation, or an experienced surveyor with or without RICS accreditation.
Highly organised
Strong attention to detail
Good professional written and verbal communication skills
Confident manner with strong negotiating skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word, & Excel
Working on own initiative without close supervision and as part of a team
You will be working in the office Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30, with the potential to work from home one day per week. There's an option of reduced hours for the right candidate.
