Commercial Property Surveyor/Manager

ARC are working with an established, independent multi-disciplined business providing agency, property management, professional and consultancy services across the whole range of rural, commercial, and residential property.

A great opportunity for a highly experienced commercial property specialist to lead a busy and diverse commercial property department who provide a full range of commercial property services to a range of clients across Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas.

Within this role you will be responsible for the management of a wide-ranging commercial property portfolio. Key responsibilities will include transition management, compliance, legal responses, lease reviews, property inspections, tenant management, and business development.

You will ideally be RICS qualified with experience in managing commercial, industrial, and retail property portfolios. You will be able to stay on top of and adapt to new legislative changes related to property management. You will be skilled in building and maintaining working client relationships, work effectively as part of a team, and be able to prioritise tasks and take a proactive approach to your work.

The clients Commercial division deals with all types of commercial property from shops, offices and industrial units to investment properties and development land. Our areas of expertise include (but are not limited to):

• Agency - buying and selling
• Management
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Valuations (including RICS Red Book)
• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• Land and development
• Expert witness
