The Role
The firm are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with 1-3 years of PQE, to be based in their Dunmow office in Essex.
The Commercial Property department is one of the largest and most successful in the firm. They have a wealth of expertise, leading Partners, and an impressive client base.
You will deal with a broad caseload that includes the purchase and sale of commercial property, landlord and tenant, investment, portfolio acquisition, commercial leases, refinancing, and development matters. You will work alongside a highly experienced and very well-regarded Partner.
Requirements & Remuneration:
You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with 1-3 years PQE
Salary is negotiable depending on your experience (£50-65k)
Lucrative bonus incentives
Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the Dunmow office, 3 at home
