Job Description
Xec-t is supporting a leading law firm in Portsmouth seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor(3yrs + PQE) to join their team.
In this role, you will handle a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, providing expert advice and representation to clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects.
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, licenses, and other legal documents.
Conducting due diligence on commercial properties, including title investigations, searches, and property surveys.
Providing legal guidance on property finance, including mortgages, loans, and refinancing arrangements.
Assisting clients with property management issues, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenant disputes.
Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
