What will you do?
Join a well-reputed and approachable law firm, with two offices across WiltshireManage an interesting and varied caseload, including but not limited to, consortium agreements, sale and purchase of land or property by charities, planning agreements, property mortgaging/finance, handling option agreements by the landowner or developer, clawback agreements, and easements and right of wayHave the option to be upskilled and advise on Ecclesiastical property matters
What do you need?
Must be comfortable handling your own caseloadAt least 2 years of experience in Commercial Property
