Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations, and property finance arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating leadership qualities when required.
- Maintain excellent time management skills to meet billing and fee earning targets.
- Provide professional and strategic advice to clients, exhibiting confidence and expertise in commercial property law.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with substantial experience gained within a reputable legal practice, preferably a Legal 500 firm.
- Proficient in commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property finance arrangements.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
Additional Experience (Desirable):
- Exposure to agricultural law and related matters such as farm business tenancies and estate management.
- Knowledge of planning law and the construction process would be advantageous.
