Commercial Property Solicitor

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of one of our incredible clients within the Legal industry located in St Helens. We are supporting with the expansion and growth of a well-established team who are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join on a permanent basis.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (flexible if required)

Salary: �35,000+ per annum - dependent on candidate's experience

Location: St Helens

Your role as the Commercial Property Solicitor will be varied, you will need to be familiar dealing with broad and complex caseloads. You will represent a range of clients, advising on matters such as:

• The sale, purchase and lease of land or property.
• Development, infrastructure and planning projects.
• Property finance and investment.
• Leasehold management.
• Regeneration projects.
• The drafting, reviewing and negotiation of contracts.
• Mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals
• Property litigation - not essential
• Landlord and tenant disputes - not essential

You ideally will be a qualified Solicitor and have extensive experience working within a commercial conveyancing environment. You must be able to draft leases, buy and sell land/premises and draft easements.

Skills required include:

* Excellent client-facing and relationship building skills.
* The ability to communicate complex legal matters in everyday terms.
* Keen business development and networking skills.
* Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* The ability to work as part of a team made up of legal and non-legal professionals.
* IT skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and case management systems.
* 3 years+ experience post qualified in a similar role within Commercial Property/Residential Property
