Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of commercial property issues.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
• Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to ensure the smooth progression of transactions.
• Keep abreast of changes in legislation and industry developments relevant to commercial property law.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience upwards of Newly Qualified (NQ) level.
• Strong background in commercial property law with a proven track record of handling complex transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach to delivering legal services.
• Membership of the Law Society of England and Wales is desirable.
