Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive

They are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic property solicitor or chartered legal executive to join their successfulproperty team.
The Person:
Ideally your training and experience will have been gained in a reputable firm with a commercial focus and you have knowledge and experience (commensurate with your qualification and training) of advising businesses on property issues and managing property transactions in one or more of our key practice areas namely:
The development lifecycle – pre-acquisition, development and disposals;
Corporate Occupier – lease negotiation, re-gearing and re-purposing;
Renewable Energy – development or re-powering of onshore wind turbine and ground mounted solar parks; and
Investment and Estates – landowner and landlord focused asset management.
The ability to work independently in a client-facing and matter leading role; and as part of a wider property or corporate led transactional team;
A real interest in business development with the ability to build both internal andexternal networks and professionally represent the firm alongside yourcolleagues;
A desire to accelerate your career progression by maintaining a client-focused service which delivers clear, commercially considered solutions and advice.
