Commercial Property Solicitor (Hybrid)

A commercial property solicitor for a specialist, commercially focused firm based in the West End. This progressive firm has over two decades of envious history, relentlessly offering exceptional expertise to amazing clients including large corporations, luxury brands, and HNW individuals. The firm has doubled in size over the last few years, attracts outstanding talent from the UK’s elite, including Magic Circle firms, and is consistently facing ever-growing demand from first-rate clients brought about by their reputation and their meticulous and tenacious approach to work. They are now looking to hire a new commercial property solicitor to further bolster their firm-wide expansion.
Main Duties
You will join the firm’s commercial property team based at their West End head office on a hybrid basis
Undertake a caseload primarily consisting of sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, and property finance whilst providing property support on corporate transactions
Create/increase your own following using your emerging/well-versed business development skills
Mirror the firm’s very high standards of work and client care
Requirements
You will be a commercial property solicitor with around 2-4 years PQE in commercial property from a reputable City/West End firm or a regional firm with an excellent reputation
The ability to develop and foster strong and effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike and the proven experience of working collaboratively and as part of a wider team
You will be a self-starter with the hunger and enthusiasm needed to develop your own practice and create new business development ideas
You absolutely must have a stable work history. This is essential to your application being progressed
Salary & Benefits
