COMMERCIAL PROPERTY & SALES ADMINISTRATOR (PART-TIME) REQUIRED.
£25-£30k Pro rata
An organised sales & property administrator is required for a busy, privately-owned commercial site near Daventry, Northamptonshire. The site consists of commercial buildings, workshops, offices and storage space. The position is for 30 hours per week, over five days.
The role is responsible for the on-site liaison between tenants and the management team. This is a large site with over 100 tenants; therefore, applicants must be confident with good communication skills. Plans for the site include the addition of a large co-working office space with flexible renting. There are also two smaller sites, one close by, which require remote support.
Responsibilities of the position will include:
Monitor, respond and develop sales enquiries
Meet potential new tenants & arranging viewings
See new tenants into premises/handovers of departing tenants
Onsite electricity meter readings
Liaise with contractors
Monthly visits to sister site in Worcestershire
The following skills and attributes are required:
Sound knowledge and experience using a CRM or property management software
IT literate
H & S awareness
Compliance knowledge
Accounts experience would be beneficial
Strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic, motivated, reliable & trustworthy
Well-presented & punctual
Full UK driving licence
There is potential for flexible working hours within this role.
