Your Mission
As a Commercial Property/Property Finance Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in advising a variety of commercial lenders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing funding transactions, handling a diverse range of commercial and agricultural properties, and managing property portfolios and developments. This position demands confidence in client interactions, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the collaborative, pragmatic, and solution-focused reputation of the team. You will be instrumental in seeing tasks through to completion, working diligently within deadlines, and cooperating closely with a team of legal fee earners to handle all aspects of property finance work.
Key Competencies
Experience: Ideally, you possess 3-5 years PQE in property finance or commercial property with a focus on funding transactions; however, flexibility is offered for the right candidate.
Team Collaboration: Ability to integrate into and thrive within a collaborative team environment.
Client Interaction: Confidence in dealing with clients directly and providing top-tier service.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to be pragmatic and solution-oriented in your approach.
Self-Motivation and Efficiency: Self-driven with an ability to efficiently manage time and meet deadlines.
Communication and IT Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills coupled with proficient IT knowledge.
Offer Details
