Commercial Property Paralegal

Our top legal client are currently searching for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team in Market Deeping on a permanent basis.�
Key duties to include:�

• Managing a varied Commercial Property caseload.


• Drafting AP1s and Stamp duty returns.


• Utilising Land Registry Portal.


• Using search provider such as Infotrack to order searches.�


• Preparing financial statements and completion statements.


• Preparing CPSEs and replies to enquiries.


• Title review, raising enquiries.�


• Preparing reports on title.


• Drafting Leases, licences and ancillary documents.

The successful candidate will have:�

• Previous Commercial Property paralegal experience.�


• Previous experience managing their�own commercial property caseload is desirable.�


• Bachelors degree in Law grade 2:1 or above.�


• Able to work independently�and under pressure.�


• A team player with great communication skills.�


• Confident in their abilities.�
