Our client is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their fast-paced team on a permanent basis.The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Commercial Property Department to be able to easily take on the role from day one, alongside full training on internal systems and procedures.Benefits:25 days holiday plus bank holidaysAnnual leave on Birthday3 days between Christmas and New Years offSalary negotiable dependent upon experienceResponsibilities:To prepare correspondence and documents through audiotyping and word processing.File opening, closing and registrationsUsing Land Registry portalDealing with clients in person and via telephoneTaking messagesGeneral office dutiesEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements e.g., CML, CQS, SRA and anti-money laundering.Candidate Specification:Ideally you will have a good working knowledge of MS Word (track changes and formatting of large documents) and Outlook.Previous experience within the rolePrevious experience within a Commercial Property Department Seniority levelSeniority level Entry level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Legal Industries Legal Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 5G Recruitment Ltd by 2xGet notified about new
