A top ranking law firm, in North Yorkshire, is growing the commercial property team and looking to hire an experienced commercial property paralegal for a full time permanent role.
Working in beautiful offices, you will provide paralegal support to a team of commercial property solicitors working on a range of duties to include drafting legal documents, preparing SDLT & land registry applications, taking instructions, providing advice to clients, preparing client reports as well as building your own case load of commercial property matters.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience as a commercial property paralegal. This is an essential requirement as candidates without commercial property paralegal experience unfortunately will not be considered.
This role is full time office based for the first 6 months and then hybrid working would be available.
You will be looking for a new challenge where you can really spread your wings and have the chance to have your own case load and have a guaranteed route for progression.
