Responsbilities
Drafting stamp duty returns and AP1s
Drafting and preparing leases, licenses and ancillary documents
Preparing Completion statements
Preparing financials statements
Using portals for different aspects such as the land registry
You
Previous Commercial Real Estate experience
Excellent Written and Communication Skills
Be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and to progress
