This role gives someone who has managed a mix of residential and commercial properties the opportunity to move full-time into commercial property management.Our client deals with both Commercial / Residential property lettings and has been established for many years and deals with Residential, Commercial and Student Lettings over several offices in Kent.Due to business needs, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their existing team. This role may suit someone who is currently managing a small portfolio of commercial properties and is ready to expand that experience.Role: Commercial Property Manager - Hybrid workingHours: 9 am - 5.30 pm / Monday - Friday or 4 Days Per Week would be considered.Benefits:Health Care, Parking, Medicash, 25 Hols + Bank Hols, Remote working, Learning & Development Programme, Long Service Awards, Pension, Social Events, Casual DressRemote working x 3 days per week after training.Overview of Role:As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties for a range of clients.
