Are you an experienced commercial property manager looking for your next career opportunity? This role gives someone who has managed a mix of residential and commercial properties the opportunity to move full-time into commercial property management. Our client deals with both Commercial / Residential property lettings and has been established for many years and deals with Residential, Commercial and Student Lettings over several offices in Kent. Due to business needs, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their existing team. This role may suit someone who is currently managing a small portfolio of commercial properties and is ready to expand that experience. Role: Commercial Property Manager - Hybrid working Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm / Monday - Friday or 4 Days Per Week would be considered. Overview of Role: As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties for a range of clients. Maintaining and developing client contact, dealing with all aspects of the day-to-day management of the properties, including overseeing rent collection, accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repairs, service charges landlord and tenant matters, etc
Summary of Duties:
Overseeing rent collection and dealing with arrears with assistance from the credit control team Dealing with applications for licences to underlet, assign or alter Management of incoming and vacating tenants, etc
Preparing service charge budgets
Reporting to clients
Suitable Candidate:
Proven track record in commercial property management Suitable candidate may have managed both residential and commercial properties MRICS Qualification desirable, but not essential Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle
