Commercial Property Manager

Cobalt are currently supporting a boutique Asset Management and Investment Agency to appoint a Commercial Property Manager in Glasgow. They currently advise a diverse range of clients for office, industrial, retail and residential assets across the UK. Key Responsibilities include:Tenant liaison and all day-to-day management, including landlord and tenant such as lease renewals, rent reviews and sub-letting.Budgeting/forecasting and service charge budget reconciliation and keeping all systems and records up to date.Making regular site visits and inspections and overseeing any maintenance and repairs.Property acquisition and disposal negotiation on occasion to assist the asset managers.Personal specifications:Senior Surveyor or Associate levelExperience working with commercial assets.Good knowledge of Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act.MRICS is desirable but not essential.Proficient Qube Property Management system.Competitive Salary + Bonus and BenefitsRole is based 3 days in the office, 2 days flexible working.
