Job Title: Commercial Property Manager (Senior or Associate)
Location: Liverpool city centre
Salary: £45,000-£60,000 basic salary + excellent benefits
A leading real estate consultancy with a presence in 20 countries, employing over 5000 people worldwide. The North West general practice team are based out of Liverpool, covers all aspects of commercial property management. Work undertaken is for a broad range of clients including; loan security businesses, international banking clients, government agencies, local and combined authorities. The Liverpool office is a long-standing team that are friendly and feels relatively close-knit whilst having the backing of a global business. The atmosphere is relaxed with the team splitting their time between the office and being home-based. There is a clear route of progression to Directorship with tangible clear objectives to work towards. This is a new appointment for the business due to securing a long-term contract with a prestigious government agency and will be working on-site with the client on a weekly basis as part of a team that will support informed decision-making and strategic planning for the client.
