Forward thinking, expanding London law firm are looking for a legal PA with a background in commercial property to join their dynamic, fast-paced property team. You will be working for a fee earner in a 1:1 role within the busy real estate department and will be supporting them with carrying out searches, completing Land Registry and SDLT forms however the emphasis will be on providing full PA support – managing diaries, invoicing, answering their phone / gate keeping etc.
The successful candidate must have excellent IT and typing skills and as the role also requires involvement with client care, an eye for details and accuracy is essential. Previous experience working in a commercial property team is also essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious property legal secretary to take on more responsibility with excellent prospects - this is a busy role and the client is looking for a dynamic and proactive legal PA who is really get involved in the work.
