Commercial Property Lawyer

Job DescriptionWe are currently partnering with a Shared Legal Service based in South London, who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a fully remote 6 month temporary basis.This is a full-time position of 35 hours a week, the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience, start date is subject to notice.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters with a particular focus on development, regeneration and property transactions Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and leases Advising clients on governanceProviding advice to internal and external stakeholdersExperience required:Experience required in a Local Government settingExperience working with Commercial Property Skills, knowledge and expertise required:Drafting Legal documents to a high standardLiaising with stakeholders to provide legal adviceAwareness of Corporate Governance proceduresRewards and Benefits:Full remote role (however you may be required to pick up equipment)Compressed hours availableWorking hours:35 hours per week Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
