Commercial Property Lawyer

A well-established firm in North Hampshire is looking to recruit a Commercial Property lawyer to join their sociable and ambitious team. Providing legal services in the area for over 200 years, they have extremely loyal clients and some great referrers for the team to capitalise from. They acquire a wide variety of work from across the county and the Southeast Region as a whole. They have a full-service offering, operating from modern offices.

The Commercial Property team covers a full breadth of work. You will advise on a wide range of transactions ranging from sales, purchases, lettings and developments for all property types. Through this, you will work closely with a broad spectrum of clients including land-owners, investors, business occupiers and developers.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE;
• Have experience in commercial property law;
• Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the regional commercial property market, its challenges and opportunities;
• Have the confidence and ability to communicate to a high standard;
• Have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work as an integral part of the team;
• Have a keen interest for developing and marketing the department and the firm.
