JOB TITLE: Mechanical Engineer / Commercial Plumber - Foot Mobile
LOCATION: West/North West London
PACKAGE:
£45k - £48k basic salary dependant on skills and experience
Includes company mobile phone, uniform, high spec van and specialist tools
Overtime rates at time and a half
One week per month on call for extra £100
Minimum of 4 hours paid at overtime rate for call out attendance

JOB INFORMATION - Mechanical Engineer / Commercial Plumber - Foot Mobile
The position is a mobile role where the successful candidate will be undertaking maintenance works such as mechanical ppm and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves etc
Mechanical maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, plants rooms
This exciting opportunity has come available due to the win of new contracts, you will cover luxury offices and apartments in and around the North West London area.
On call rota paid at time and half with a min of either 4 or 8 hours paid time plus £100 / week standby allowance.
There may be opportunity for the right candidate to further train as a commercial gas engineer, where you would be mentored by an experienced Lead Engineer who has been employed in the business for over 10 years.COMPANY INFORMATION - Mechanical Engineer / Commercial Plumber - Foot Mobile

The ideal Mechanical Engineer will have experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts previously with good knowledge and hands on experience with HVAC, mechanical and plantroom service and maintenance
Experience and knowledge of PPM's and site compliance will be essential along with the ability to change/diagnose valves/strainers/pumps/pressurisation units/pressure vessels etc
Our client is looking for someone who seeks a long-term opportunity, additional training would also be offered for the right candidate, with the opportunity to obtain commercial gas qualifications after a period of employment
Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
