Commercial Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and become an integral part of the team?

Due to ongoing growth of the division. Fawkes & Reece are partnered with a leading Tier 1 Main contractor in their search for an experienced Commercial Manager. As Commercial Manager you will be working as part of the Major Projects division reporting directly to the Commercial Director starting at PSCS and responsible for heading up a large �100m 2 phase residential/office project in Leeds.

Requirements

My client are looking for a candidate with experience working with Tier 1 contractors as the overall commercial lead on projects over �70m. You will be working closely with the Commercial Director and you will be experienced in relationship management, a confident negotiator and decision maker, highly organised and competent contract manager.

• Experience working on construction projects with a Tier 1 or 2 Main contractor
• Ideally worked on residential/student accommodation/ office projects.
• Ability to manage a team

Leading Tier 1 Main contractor with offices across the UK a strong pipeline of both new and repeat clients. The business are a leading main contractor with a turnover circa �1bn and growing. With key projects including Industrial, commercial, hotels and leisure.

They have gone from strength to strength over the past 2 years, winning an abundance of work and expanding across the region working on major projects over �100m within this team.
