This role demands a blend of creative ingenuity, robust business acumen, and exceptional leadership to enhance brand positioning, market share, profitability, and ensure market competitiveness. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Brand Management, Design, Fashion and Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to achieve comprehensive business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be working under execution of comprehensive brand and commercial strategies that align with the company's financial targets, growth objectives, market trends, and consumer preferences.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and financial data to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and increased profitability.Oversee the development and management of the merchandising budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.Collaborate with designers to curate compelling collections, ensuring a balanced product assortment and alignment with brand identity.Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels, minimize overstock and stockouts, and meet sales targets.Manage all sales channels, including wholesale distribution and retail expansion, to ensure balanced and profitable brand growth.Work closely with marketing teams to ensure merchandising strategies are integrated with brand positioning and marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the CEO and cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to monitor and report on brand and commercial performance.Provide leadership and guidance to brand management and commercial teams, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and accountability.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,Master's degree or MBA preferred.8-10 years of progressive experience in brand management and commercial roles within the luxury goods industry.Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, building brand equity, managing profitable businesses, and executing commercial strategies.Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build relationships at all levels.Strong analytical skills, with expertise in interpreting market data, financial performance, and translating it into actionable strategies.Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior, market trends, competitive landscape, and supply chain dynamics.What We Offer:A collaborative and creative work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.Competitive salary and benefits package.Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required
