About the Role:
Do you fancy Joining a Senior Leadership Team as Commercial Manager? responsible for overseeing daily operations with a focus on food and beverage management, kiosks, adventure golf, and children's soft play. This pivotal role involves supporting the Operations Manager and deputising for senior management as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high operational standards and exceptional customer service across all departments.
Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of teamwork and guest satisfaction.
Improve food and beverage operations for consistency and quality.
Collaborate with department managers to enhance efficiency and revenue.
Manage staffing levels, rosters, and operational costs effectively.
Uphold safety standards and enforce procedures.
Develop and implement policies to enhance overall standards.
About You:
Minimum 3 years' experience in high-volume food and beverage management
Budget preparation and control experience
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative
