BAM Nuttall are currently involved in a major energy project in the South West (Hinkley Point C), and require a Commercial Manager to assist them on what is one of UKs largest construction projects.

Your mission
As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Maintain effective communications with Business Unit managers, Regional Commercial Managers, project management and other associated disciplines and enhance the profile of commercial services
Be responsible for staff matters which may include: staff succession awareness, recruitment, development, attitude and behavioural issues, competency and retainment issues, staff allocation
Be responsible for all commercial aspects of staff performance and development reviews
Attend and provide input to HSQE meetings, weekly tender review meetings, area management team briefings and senior commercial forums
Ensure project start-up meetings and close-out meetings are attended by AQS or CM
