You will be working for a leading developer, working on multiple large-scale projects across the Southeast region. They're a premium house builder and pride themselves in the quality and execution of their work. The order book is very attractive with many new projects coming up! The role:You will be a crucial part of the officeYou will be managing the financial aspects of projects and contractsYou will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of the businessYou will have a passion for the role and strive to improve areas of the business wherever possibleExperience Required: 3 years experience as the Commercial Manager or a similar senior capacityDegree Qualified Full understanding of construction procurement, cost, financial control and budgets Detailed understanding of managing the full development process from inception through to completionAble to understand the construction and design programmes and liaising with the relevant departmentsAble to compile detailed reportsAbility to work on multiple projects Ability to manage a team Strong knowledge and competence in Microsoft programmes Sounds great right?
