I am looking for a Commercial Manager with residential experience looking to work for a leading developer. You will be working for a leading developer, working on multiple large-scale projects across the Southeast region. They're a premium house builder and pride themselves in the quality and execution of their work. The order book is very attractive with many new projects coming up!
The role:
You will be a crucial part of the office
You will be managing the financial aspects of projects and contracts
You will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of the business
You will have a passion for the role and strive to improve areas of the business wherever possible
Experience Required:
3 years experience as the Commercial Manager or a similar senior capacity
Degree Qualified
Full understanding of construction procurement, cost, financial control, and budgets
Detailed understanding of managing the full development process from inception through to completion
Able to understand the construction and design programs and liaising with the relevant departments
Able to compile detailed reports
Ability to work on multiple projects
Ability to manage a team
Strong knowledge and competence in Microsoft programs
