We are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our talented Commercial team here at ALIGN JV.
Youll be responsible for the commercial management primarily of our C1 North Package of works and manage a small team.
About our role:
Contract administration
Efficient management of all commercial functions of the packages of work you are responsible for.
Provide commercial support to the Project Director, Commercial Director and the Commercial Team in managing the delivery of the project.
Coordination of the contract insurance requirements, management of claims and renewals.
Subcontractors / Procurement
Negotiating terms and conditions with subcontractors and suppliers that apportion risk to those best placed to manage that risk and deliver best value to the project and the Client.
Ensuring subcontractors and suppliers are managed within the terms and conditions of subcontracts and supplier contracts.
Reviewing, approving and ensuring payment of interim and final accounts (including final account sign-off).
