Commercial Manager – Electrical ContractorYorkUp to £60,000 + Car / AllowanceAre you an Electrical QS / Estimator looking for a fresh challenge?Are you looking for progression?TS Recruitment are actively working with an Electrical Contractor based in York who are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager.salary circa £50-60,000 per annumemployer and 5% employee pension contributionsJob Role & Responsibilities:closely with the Managing Director to carry out all commercial duties.out Estimates and submit tenders for electrical refurb projects in the Yorkshire region.closely with the Contracts Managers regarding valuations and submit payment applications.projects are complete within budget and profitable.Senior Management meetings and provide forecasts and cost value reports.relationships with main contractors and clients.split between Estimating and Quantity SurveyingCompany Detailsmillion turnover businessElectrical contractorcontractor on several frameworkson commercial refurb projects and maintenance work.
