Commercial Manager Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering Commercial Strategy for different production stages / projects.
- Managing costs and supply chain performance against the agreed KPI and contract requirements.
- Ensuring clear and accurate scopes and budgets are in place for internally delivered factory works including direct and indirect labour requirements.
- Maintaining accurate project cost information, internal CVR outputs, risk and opportunity registers, Commercial Progress reports and forecasting to the Commercial Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous commercial experience working in a factory / production environment
- Traditional / Modular Construction background - Desired but not essential
- Strong Analytical and problem solving abilities
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of external & internal stakeholders
