Job DescriptionDevelop and implement robust commercial strategies to drive business growth.Identify new market opportunities and drive market penetration.Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic business deals.Attend relevant trade shows that can require international travelCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.Monitor performance of commercial activities, reporting directly to senior management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.Lead and manage the sales team to achieve agreed targets.Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines and in-house procedures.
