£35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Summary
Tide Partnership is supporting a leading home care provider to appoint a Commercial Manager to support the Live-In-Care services they offer. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales or Business Development Manager professional to join an organisation who are committed to providing the highest quality care within the home.
The Role
As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the live-in services of the provider being instrumental in the growth and development of this service. You will be responsible for for developing relationships with both Local Authorities and ICB's to lead the new services of the company.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Lead the strategy for the Live-In-Care services through fostering strong relationships with clients.
Provide regular updates on the growth within the assigned services meeting the KPI's of the organisation.
Represent the provider with Local Authorities and ICB's
Identify and lead new business opportunities
Provide regular updates of Business Development activities to the Head of Business Development
Attend and cooperate in financial review meetings.
Job Criteria - Essential:
Proven background in the homecare space in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
Strong understanding of Live-in and complex care services
Previous experience of working within a similar Commercial position.
Job Criteria - Desirable:
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field
Line Management experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
