Commercial Manager

I am looking for a Commercial Manager with residential experience looking to work for a leading developer - Salary up to �85,000!!

The company -

You will be working for a leading developer, working on multiple large-scale projects in the Southeast at any given time. They describe themselves as a premium housebuilder and pride themselves in the quality and execution of their work. They have no shortage in work, with many new projects coming up, therefore they are looking for someone who wants to join them for the long run.

The role -

This role you will be a crucial part of the office, they are looking for a new Commercial Manager to come in and take charge of their current projects. This role will initially involve being in the office 1 day a week and the rest being out on sites. You will be managing financial aspects of said projects and contracts. Along with building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders of the business. You will need to have a passion for your role and strive to improve areas of the business wherever possible. Being able to work in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to this roe as there are many projects being undertaken at one time.
