Established over 25 years ago this company are renowned for building bespoke retirement villages nationwide with an average build cost of around �6M. Thriving in the industry due to the uniqueness, quality and meticulous aftercare of developments. Turning over around 100M this company are committed to growth with aspirations to increase new build units to 1000 in the coming years.
In light of this expansion, they are seeking a Commercial expert with a background in Quantity Surveying to oversee the Commercial division of the business and contribute to its continued growth.

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will tasked with overseeing cost control of multiple developments and leading a team. You will Prepare and present budgets, monthly cost reviews, put together land appraisals (ABC's) assist with Management company or customer services issues related to build. You will lead Commercial meetings and work with Technical, land / planning and construction teams to ultimately ensure development are delivered to budget.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a background in Quantity Surveying, with experience working on residential development projects, ideally with a focus on apartments. Previous experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager position is preferred, as the role offers an exciting challenge within a growing company.
