Job title: Commercial & Billing Rate Manager



Location/remote: Remote- occasional travel to Reading



Contract length: 6 Month - rolling contract



Pay rate: �500 per day PAYE



Randstad Sourceright, a worldwide RPO & MSP Recruitment Services has an exciting opportunity for a temporary Customer Commercial & Billing Rate Manager to join one of the UKs leading telecommunications companies



As the Commercial Manager you will be working with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all Non-Rate Carded Impact Assessments are collated with associated scope, cost and time detail from receipt until transition into Delivery



Key responsibilities & accountabilities�





  • Actioning and assessing incoming demand requests from the Strategic Partner within contract framework and working with key internal stakeholders to produce a bespoke Impact Assessment�




  • Supporting, monitoring and reporting against Operational work streams such as Planning & Demand and Delivery and other work streams as required to enable alignment across these areas�




  • Lead and attend joint Governance meetings on behalf of the company and report on relevant matters arising




  • Ensure that internal Governance Processes are followed for the agreement of� bespoke Impact Assessments & Active Rate Cards




  • Flag any risks to the contractual SLAs being achieved to internal stakeholders; represent the company at senior stakeholder discussions on demand related matters, including performance against contractual SLAs and any issues/risks




  • Coordinate and present Active site level rate cards, identify strategic considerations for internal agreement, negotiate Active site level rate card values with Strategic Partner for Unilateral Demand�




  • Report on progress of bespoke Demand once Impact Assessment has progressed into formal Delivery




  • Regularly review Active Rate Cards against current Vendor agreements to identify risks, issues and opportunities�




  • Ensure that all communications remain compliant with Competition Law guidance provided by the Legal team and compliance specialists.�







Key skills and experience:





  • Educated to degree level or equivalent or able to demonstrate a similar level of ability from industrial experience.




  • Experienced Project Manager




  • An understanding of cell site delivery




  • Ability to build strong relationships and achieve consensus across functional and business boundaries




  • Experienced in commercial negotiation




  • A proven track record in the production of commercial proposals




  • Confident with using MicroSoft Excel




  • Ability to communicate complex financial outputs for both technical and non-technical audiences, including to senior management, employing a suitable mix of text, diagrams and charts




  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to acquire insights/inputs from staff across a diverse range of departments
