Commercial Manager - Social Housing

TS Recruitment are working with a leading Social Housing Main Contractor who due to expansion and recent project wins are now hiring a permanent Senior QS / Commercial Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business with a strong pipeline of work. The business operate in the Social Housing / Property Services / Fire protection sectors.Day to day responsibilities will include;
* Cost planning
* Closing out and Setting up contracts commercially
* Manage a team of 3-4 commercial surveyors
* Liaise with operational team to ensure works are completed on time and within budget
* Reconcile cost/value reports & profit forecasts
* Working off the NHF Schedule of rates
* Approve sub-contractors & supplier payments
* Attending & Charing progress meetings with clients
* Regular on site visits
* Overlook P&L with operational leads
