Salary: £50,000 Plus PackageLocation: East LondonRegion: LondonCommercial manager / Quantity Surveyor – East London – £50,000 Plus PackageA Commercial Manager is urgently required to work for a swanky office interior fit out main contractor in East London.There are multiple blue chip projects in the running for this successful main contractor with the projects valuing up to £5m.The purpose of this roleManaging the financial aspects of the project carried out by the contractors.Ensuring that general quantity surveying roles are preformed to the highest standard.Making sure the company’s way of work is learnt and followed and put into your daily work routine.Acting in a professional working manner in everything you’re doing to make sure the company’s reputation is kept at the high level that it is at.Ideal candidate5 years’ experience.BSc degree in quantity surveyor or in a similar commercial degree.Good data skills.Line management skills is desirable.Good knowledge in Microsoft office including excel, access and wanting an extended knowledge of software packages.Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.Valid driving licence is desirable.CSCS card at an appropriate level.The rewards for working with this highly respected main contractor are, a car allowance, a great pension and one of the best healthcare package in the construction industry.If you are a Commercial Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV.
