Region: NorfolkA leading Regional Main Contractor that build, refurbish and regenerate homes and communities across the UK have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join them on a permanent basis.The company are an innovative and ambitious business that combine their industry expertise and unrivalled local knowledge to help transform communities and leave a lasting legacy everywhere they work.The business is thriving and they currently have a large number of projects ongoing and in the pipeline. They are looking for a Commercial Manager with excellent people management and technical skills to support the Commercial Director.Role Overview: Lead, manage and support all pre and post contract commercial activitiesEnsure that commercial opportunities are optimised and converted as appropriateEnsure the cultivation of long term effective trading relationshipsPlay a key role in the development of Project/Business StrategySupport the Commercial Director in the development/implementation of policy/proceduresCommercial Manager: Ideally Degree qualified or other relative qualificationsExtensive experience working for a reputable main contractor on similar projectsResidential project experience (ideally new build and refurbishment)Experience of managing a commercial teamExceptional commercial skills and awarenessCurrent driving licenseAble to commute to and work in Norfolk on a daily basisIf you are a Commercial Manager with the right experience and you are interested in this role, please apply with an updated CV or call Rob on: 07733 529 573
