Commercial Manager (maternity contract)

It is a VC-backed international operation with a growing nucleus of professional staff based at their Head Office, in Ross-on-Wye. The company and culture are quite unique, a blend of highly professional, profit focused capability with the reward of making a highly valuable contribution to society.They now seek to appoint a capable and diligent Commercial Manager, reporting to the International Operations Director, to lead and manage the contracts process and support the operations teams regarding compliance, strategy and negotiations. This is a full-time role on a fixed-term maternity contract, with the benefit of hybrid working. It could also potentially be fully remote.The successful candidate will haveExperience in managing commercial contracts and bid processes, including legal compliance.Experience of supervising and developing staff, including conducting performance reviews, handling disputes and training.Practice in overseeing projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and budgetsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration, or CPCM certification.This is a business with momentum.
