We are currently partnering with a top tier global law firm who are seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager to join their well-established team. You would be joining a busy team with exposure to high quality commercial clients.

The Role:
You will work as part of a team supporting corporate transactions for leading commercial organisations relating to capital markets, M&A, financial services regulatory, investment funds and commercial contracts.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor 5 years+ PQE.
Demonstrable experience in corporate/commercial - either in private practice or in-house.
Ability to manage a team.
Excellent time management skills.
Experience in relation to project management.
