Our client, a major global fund administrator, is looking for an experienced Commercial Manager / Contract Negotiator to workin a busy and growingteam based in their London office. The successful candidate willbe an experienced business negotiator with a good understandingof custody / sub-custody and clearing. The aim of the role is to support contract negotiations and pricing for new and existing business, including managing clientexpectations and working closely with the legal and delivery teams. The candidate willwork with all parts of the business to ensure they are represented correctly in client contracts and the underlying commitments, including Services, Implementation, IT (including BCP/Resilience, Info Sec), Audit, Governance and Operating Model.
