Answer Digital is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Team on a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The role has a strong emphasis on drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts and proposals and is pivotal for the successful execution and management of contracts for our growing business.What you’ll be doing Contract management with the capability to work closely with Answers Health Leadership and project communities to negotiate and manage all the contracts. Creating commercial models and offerings in collaboration with technical subject matter experts. Drafting commercial proposals and liaising with new and existing customers to generate new business. Developing and maintaining relationships with independent contractors, vendors, suppliers and customers. Support in creating standard contracts that the company can use in its dealings with internal and external partners. Ensuring Answer understands contract requirements, duties and obligations to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and industry regulations. Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts as well as maintaining, updating and improving contractual records. What you’ll bring to Answer Experience in a Commercial, Sales or Contract Management Role, possessing demonstrated experience and a proven track record. The ability to be detail oriented to analyse provisions and requirements of contracts. Full contract lifecycle management experience ensuring contracts are honoured Able to manage multiple contract requirements concurrently. High level of organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a non-technical language. It would be great if you also had experience in some of these, but if not we’ll help you with them: Experience gained from a technical consultancy or software vendor; health industry Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
