Commercial Manager, selling exotic produce into UK grocery retail with fantastic bonus earnings on top of base salary. This role is a Commercial Manager working within fresh produce managing customer relationships in key retail accounts. The role is about developing opportunities, managing tender processes, and delivering sales growth. The differentiator in this role is the opportunity to earn a great bonus based on your own personal achievement – a realistic 30-40% on top of your base salary.
The business has two UK locations, but this role will be hybrid working from home and an office in London. The business is a close-knit team in the UK but are owned by a major global player in produce giving them expert support, a great reputation and provenance to their story.
In terms of experience, it’s pretty simple, you will have:
Current sales expertise within produce, fresh, or chilled food products – think short shelf life and working at pace
A proven track record in working with UK retail and managing tender processes
An analytical brain and joint business planning experience is vital
